Bsa Bantam D1 125 cafe racer

bsa bantam 125cc racer. The engine has just been rebuilt by an ex tt mechanic, it has new bearings and seals throughout , is fitted with a alpha crank and polished alpha conrod, the cases are packed out, it has a todd racing head fotted and a close ratio gearbox fitted.
the kick start has been removed but i have all the parts to refit if you want to. it doesnt need it as it is very easy to start.
The carb is a large amal monoblock and the engine runs a total loss ignition system and ive been informed by members of the bantam racing club that the battery would last over two race meetings without charge if you wondered how far you can go on a battery, i have two batterys with the bike.
The engine has hardly been run since rebuilding, only enough to set up the carb. The bike is currently fitted with a road legal exhaust that has been painted since the picture was taken.
it also comes with a straight through expansion chamber that sounds fantastic!!!
The frame is powdercoated and has adjustable height footpegs, the forks are from a velocette le.
There is a leather single seat, and a very nice race fairing fitted, the tank has a monza race cap fitted.
There is a rubber mounted rev counter.

I have had the bike dated by the bsa bantam club and have a dating certificate for it that enables you to get an age related number plate for the bike. The bike is eligible for a daytime mot. I have already fitted a horn so it meets the requirements, it just needs to be taken for an mot and then it can be registered. I also have a folde rof info on bantam tuning.

I have many spares that could be included call for info.
